I was at a wedding once where they had all their engagement photos shrunk and cut out in little circles that they scattered over the reception tables for decoration. They were really cute and my friend said she thought there was a website you can order them on and have them delivered all cut out. Does anyone know of any place you can do this?
I am thinking about putting about six Gerber daisies in a large rectangular vase for my table centerpieces at my wedding. I want to put a gold fish in there as well but I’m worried about them dying. They would only be in there for half a day at most. What do you think? Any advise?
our theme is roses or red. my dress has red in it and my flowers are roses so i guess it would be red themed. anybody have any ideas for centerpieces or things to put on the tables at the reception? i wanted rose garden gel candles but they r discontinued.

I was wondering who decorates the reception venue, church etc..? Does a wedding planner do these things? Also who do you talk to about the table settings, decorations, plates, chairs, table clothes, all that stuff? I live in Iowa, the town is only like 26,000 people, that might affect things.
I really love the look of fuschia at weddings. But, I like the decorative look of pink and brown and may use that at my wedding, I was thinking light pink, fuschia and ivory flowers with fuschia dresses but it may be strange because everything inside the reception would be more of a chocolate and lighter pink.
I am not sure I like the idea of brown bridesmaid dresses. Any suggestions on how to incorporate all of these somehow, with fuschia? Problem is, I do not love fuschia and brown as much as light pink and brown from what I have seen.
Decorations consist of: White chair covers, brown table runners, pink flowers in the middle (with a few ivory), brown satin chair sash with possibly a light pink organza sash over that to give a 2-D look with 2 colors.
Thanks!
I am not sure I like light pink bridesmaid dresses. It seems very “old school” I guess?.. I may warm up to the idea.

I already have an idea of what I want which is a butterfly/garden theme wedding and reception. I want the wedding out doors with white chairs for people to sit on but I want to accent them with something like flowers or bows in a differnt color. The flower girls will be wearing nice dresses with fairy wings and will drop pastel flower petals on the grass isle. I want the reception to be indoors but am unsure how to pull the whole look together. Light pink, purple, green, and yellow come to my mind when I think butterfly/garden. I wanted to have flower centerpieces in light colors then a few flowers with a pop of bright color I also am going to put butterflys in the centerpieces. I am not sure what color table cloths I was thinking light green but will this work? I want it to have a garden/butterfly feel but also be clean and somewhat modern.. how can I pull this off? I want to have light colors but also a pop of color in some places. What colors should I use on what things?
Also I am not getting married anytime soon but I would like to have atleast an idea of what I want to do. Probably 4 years from now..
My whole point is I don’t want to have to figure it all out when the time comes I want to have an idea and money to have it. I am far to young to get married although I have been dating a guy for 4 years. I want to have a steady job and money before we do anything.
I want to sell my dress, shoes, veil, underslip, strapless bra, girdle, and lots of cake and table decorations as a package deal for one price.
