my colors were pink and brown so my grandma made a brown overlay and then we crisscrossed different pink and brown ribbon all across the table. we also had candles and our cake was pink. it was pretty and unusul.

i don’t like it when people put nuts and mints on the cake table, i think it’s weird to but cheap snacks in front of an expensive cake that is the center piece of the day (besides the bride and groom of course)

oh and i like the idea of the fall leaves, it will be pretty. i’m a cake decorator and i have a fall wedding cake ordered that they want me to make look like a tree stump with their initials carved into it. they are putting fall leaves on the table too. i think it’s a really cute idea.

i really didn’t have any decorations on the wedding cake table besides the cake and what was on the cake, napkins, forks, nuts, mints

for a fall wedding i would use fall flowers and some candles..
or the flowers that are used in your boquets..

i will have rose petals around it because the cake will have roses

Our cake is white and decorating with fresh strawberries so we’re carrying that white and red color scheme on to the table too. We’re putting a beautiful claret (dark red) tablecloth on the table and then sprinkling it with white and red rose petals.
